Quality management system
PIMA's quality policy is implemented by a quality management system with principles:
• Maintain, document, and implement a quality management system compatible with ISO 9001 (2015)
• Work according to documented procedures
• Involve relevant managers and employees who operate and maintain the quality system in all processes and stages that affect the quality of products and services
• Act according to defined quality objectives while maintaining internal audit and audit mechanisms for the efficient and effective operation of the system, including corrective and preventive actions simultaneously
• Continuously maintain and improve the quality system procedures and practices by periodically reviewing them.
