AIC (Alarm Information Center) provides alarm monitoring, control and communication facilities for your security:
 

• At the time of the alarm, it calls you and the people you specify and informs you.
• It secures your home or workplace by searching Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance according to alarm type.
• Detects panic, fire, burglary, perimeter security, patient(medical), smoke, heat and other types of alarms.
• It receives the Duress alarm and makes a direct call to the police.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting is provided.

 

Within a few seconds after the alarm system is activated, the signal falls on the special alarm monitoring program screens in the Pima Alarm Monitoring center. These systems, which are specially configured for alarm monitoring, reflect alarms on computer screens in order of priority. To which subscriber the alarm belongs and all contact details are automatically displayed on the screen in front of the operator. Our operators immediately reach the subscriber from the contact information given to us before, and if there is a suspicious situation depending on the type of alarm received, they take their actions by confirming. In cases where they confirm that there is a threat, they direct the law enforcement officers (police / gendarmerie, fire brigade and ambulance) to the address where the alarm came.

 

Together with all activity reports to our subscribers, if they wish; We provide the service of sending installation/closing reports and providing information, notification of long-term power cuts, notification of long-term communication problems, entry/exit notification outside the specified hours, notification of alarms to the authorized person and law enforcement when deemed necessary, and technical support service by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
